I dunno if you know Rebellion. They were founded by Uwe Lulis together with Timo Göttlich after Uwe left Grave Digger in 2000. Actually Uwe wanted to call this band "Grave Digger" because he was the driving force behind the band and pushed Chris Boltendahl to bring Grave Digger back after the 1987 "Stornger the Ever" debacle which was released under the Name "Digger". Of course he lost that battle agains the founding Member Boldendahl because Chris was a founding member and Uwe joined the band when they were Digger. Ever since then everyone seems to think of Rebellion as some sort of secoundary band after Grave Digger. But that is not true. As much as I like Grave Digger and as much as I love Manni Schmidt, I think the Rebellion albums nowadays are better than the Grave Diger albums nowadays.
They've released 5 Albums so far:
2001: Shakespeares MacBeth - A Tragedy In Steel (Concept Album)
2003: Born a Rebell
2005: Sagas Of Iceland - The History Of The Vikings - Volume I
2007: Miklagard - The History Of The Vikings - Volume II
2009: Arise - From Ginnungagap to Ragnarök - The History Of The Vikings - Volume III
