I went to a concert

Is it possible to start such a topic? Tell about concerts where you have recently visited. What good and perhaps bad there was? Tell us more about artists. If this seems a silly topic, so do not need to reply and allow it sink to the "deep unknown." Here has possibly already been such a topic, I have not checked very far back in the old topics.

I were yesterday at concert. There were two Finnish bands, Melrose http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hmH1hf0P ... re=related and Popeda http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mk7cH58q ... re=related and Gary Moore. Melrose I have not heard before. But the band has already occurred in the 80's. Popeda is "old friend" and I like their music a lot. Popeda has already started in the 70s.

Gary Moore was amazing! Truly a virtuoso. Mr. Moore switched his guitars between every songs. He had at least 5 different guitars, could be 6, I'm not sure. Awesome blues sounds! Disappointing was the fact that he did not played "Over the hills ...".

i went to a concert once and it was one of those acoustic concerts where you go to the concerts and you ask questions at the concerts and they play at the concerts well you werent supposed to ask questions at the concerts actually but i did inbetween songs to get the crowd thinking about the philospphy of music and why w are are all here then one of the security guards grabbed me by the scruff of the neck and shoved his baton deep into my rectum and ever since then ive been infatuated with timo tolkki and stinky pregnant man aned i have something in common now

I went to that same concert, but after nine pm so I didn't see Melrose.
This was the third gig from Popeda I saw within a year and it was great, as usual after their singer went sober. He had some serious problems with alcohol earlier, gigs cancelled etc.

But Gary Moore... No, there's no doubt why he's one of the living guitar legends, but the set list...
I've never been a friend of blues, but that's practically all Moore played last night. He even didn't play those well known ballads except "Parisienne Walkways". "Walking By Myself" was the only rock song I new. All the rock hits from early days were missing.

And he has a bad mouth too . In the beginning of the gig someone from front row was yelling something at him, or showing finger or something he didn't like:
"You wanna get thrown out? I can get you thrown out in fu***ng two seconds. Think about that, motherfu***r!"
