If you are getting a tattoo, make sure the person doing it knows how to spell!

Ok, the guy who did it is a f**k stupid, but.... why the customer did not check the work when it was in process?? I have two tattoos, and I watched the process. It hurts, of course, but it´s supposed you know what you want to have done.

Where I live there´s a lot a people with chineses phrases tattoed, and, about a month or so, in a small grocery I watched someone with some chinese letters tattoed in his left arm, so I asked him about the meaning. He only replied he liked it so he paid for the tattoo, but the grocery is run by chinese people, so the guy asked him to translate the phrase.
Well: the chinese man who attended us said ( translated to english): the great shitty donkey flying in the sky!!!
You need to take care. To have a tattoo cost money, and it hurt, but to erase it.... no words to describe it.

OMG! Hopefully all those people sued and got enough money to correct those mistakes!

well, it´s hard to mend it. I have a couple of them ( one is my son´s name in my right arm, and the other is Maiden´s Eddie face-customized taking my own looking!) in my left shoulder), and I had to modify the Eddie´s head because at first it wasn´t satisfactory, and was expensive and painful. And I can assure, it was no mistake, just I wasnt´totally happy with the result!

What's the process of tattoo removal like? It's done with a laser procedure isn't it?

OMG!
From what I've heard, the laser to take it off is expensive and leaves a mark on the skin. Is it true?

Kind of defeats the purpose of removing the tattoo...

Yes it is the most usual method, expensive and painful, but effective. There are some different types of lasers, so the doctor will use the most adecquate depending of the colours of the tattoo. Here in Spain the cost could be around 3000 €.
About the mark, sometimes it its neccesary to have a skin graft.

Getting a tattoo is serious business. I guess the smart thing to do beforehand is to check out the artist and the parlor itself. Of course alot of tattoos are done on the spur of the moment with a few beers under the belt, so that complicates things abit.

Alot of sailors have woke up the morning after with the word, "Mommy" tattooed on their arm, I guess.

yes, you are right. That´s the reason I always recommend to think it slowly, carefully, and, if you are not 100 % sure, don´t do it!

Just a bit stupid perhaps...... I have tattoos and they put a stencil on you before they start using the needle.... Perhaps someone was just extremely bored and decided to edit some pictures in an attempt to humor some people like myself. A
Alas, this time it did not work.

I have 2 tattoos and luckily I was pleased with both of them. I got them in Mexico City. I want at least two more, but I just haven't found a place here I can trust.

I guess it depends where you get it. I suppose some areas can be more sensitive than others. The tattoo on my right arm didn't hurt THAT much, except for the small portions that touch the inside part of the arm, which hurt like all hell!

You´re right dear Babylon. I have one in my left shoulder ( you already saw it when we were younger!

) and another one in the inside part of my right arm. the shoulder tatoo was painful, specially the second time I already did it ( I needed three times to have finished it) but the other wasn´t so bad.

Also women resist much better the pain than we men. I admire that!
