A pretty awesome Jens/Yngwie moment

Well, firstly, let me say that I consider the Deep Purple song "Lazy" to be the absolute paramount of keyboard/organ soloing, I consider it to be the highest height any many has every achieved with the keys through the context of rock and metal.
Now, imagine my surprise when I see a cover with Stratovarius's very own Jens Johansson playing the keyboards to such a masterpiece.

And there it is^
(Yngwie Malmsteen plays guitar on the track)

And the original^.

Quite frankly, the comparison is a bit unfair (As is with many covers), the DP version is absolutely untouchable, but, nonetheless, a cool video

:) Jens and Yngwie together are sometimes overwhelming. This track is something over the
over...

Thank you for the link ...

Unfortunately, the balance of Hammond/Guitar was offset in the cover, the original was clearly a Jon Lord affair, whereas the cover was much more about Yngwie Malmsteem. Also, the tone on the keyboard could have used some treatment, I'm highly preferential to the hammond organ through the marshal amp with distortion

It sounded OK to me, maybe a lil' more distinguished keyboard sound would have made it better, but still was pretty good :)
