Jari, Henrik and Jonas leaves Evergey.... big changes here...

Marcus Jidell (Ex- Royal Hunt) on Guitars
Johan Niemann (ex-Therion, Mind’s Eye) on Bass

Same here. The feeling, passion and great compositions were all gone.

So there have been some, not only disagreements, but quarrels as well? Why else would three guys leave the band? Being a musician in a band surely isn't fun all the time, so it as a confirmed reason seems a bit odd. Also this makes Englund look a bit like Tolkki when he fired Lassila and Ikonen.

Hopefully, if the upcoming album is as empty as Torn, the new members will bring something special to the next album.

Strato breakup was like a divorce. Only she got the house, the car, even the dog named Rape, which is not what it sounds. Black Diamond was about this dog. Kotipelto was singing about rape all these years. He is quite sex offender

Marcus Jidell (Royal Hunt) is a great guitar player! I saw Evergrey june 2nd and july 10th here in Holland and they sound great with this line up! Great show!

A nice interview with Tom about the new album, changes in the band, the press attention and .. much more of course!
I like the fact that he marks this new album as the easiest one so far.

Personally I like the line-up a lot, after more than ten years of knowing them.. I can say that the energy is back.. so that is good news. Sometimes changes are a good thing in the end.
