I Have To Say Im Really Disappointed after looking at the list. Sure there are some interesting albums wich are really fucking great, but this isnt the perfect list in my opinion.
anyway Browny is rigth, no stratovarius is there, dunno why, but they put up Death wich is.... kinda strange in my opinion.
But i dont wanna say my opinion because many ppl would say "WTF, YOU WRONG" and the bitching would start, so better if i dont say anything, just that this list is wrong.

Neither Brave New World nor DoD had the influence on metal that Number of the Beast had, they are really great albums, but they dont belong on this list.

I think that in terms of "history" we have to see really influencial bands like Metallica (Thrash btw), Maiden, Venom, Sabbath, Mercyful Fate etc. Strato has also no album that was of so immense importance, so mainly the legitimation for that list is there, altthough almost none of my fav. albums are mentionend. ;)

And yes: Death surely belongs on that list :eyes

Ok....now we enter history...where's Blue Cheer? It's one of the first bands that started the sound of Heavy Metal, where's Grand Funk Railroad? Also of the first metal bands.....and Strato really has an impact, it's because of them (and malmsteen...) that the Neoclassical metal got it's popularity....and if we speak in popularity terms....i think that Metallica's Black Album should be the #1...Enter Sandman....Nothing Else Matters...Sad But True....they turned Heavy Metal into Pop Music.....

I think that "100 best albuns, 10 best songs, 5 best bands, 50 best butts" are just a matter of taste. So obviously I don't agree with ALL the list.

But at least one thing is completely right:
MASTER OF PUPPETS ON THE TOP!!!!
Surely the album deserves this place.!

I could not see the link :buh:

But what the hell, I don't care about this list of bests albuns, bests guitars etc...
This is all bullshit & marketing to the bands that pay to appear in this lists !
