Best Solo-competition [Keyboard]

Here musicians can talk to each other about making music etc. Of course if you are not a musician you are still welcomed to this board, but the topics should somehow be about making music.

hmm, i'll post up a solo if I can...but no one will ever play like Jens...jens has the ability to pronounce and articulate every single note...even at incredible speeds. thats why he is a keyboard god!

Just watch the Jordan Rudess solo in Live At Budokan. Paerhaps not better than Jens but at least as good as him. Anyway, when you reach that level, it's pointless saying one player is better than another.

wow pinkedone, i thought i was the only one that owns that Barilari album! Jens work on that album is AMAZING, i think his leads are better there than in stratovarius (maybe because he uses different scales)

Hehe, that album rocks. Barilari rules, hi is the singer of a famouse argentinian band called " Rata blanca ", his solo album is great.
The song, "The shadows will remain behind " Actually is from another new argentinian band called " Ariadna project" the keyboar player of this band, really rocks.

I really recomnd the albums:
Barilari - Barilari
Ariadna Project - Mundos Paralelos

Really cool argentinian stuff

yeah D'Medio (Ariadna's keys) is a very gifted person, I prefer "the shadows will remain...." in Ariadn'as Cd rather than the Barilaris

other thing that's anecdotic

I bought my K1 II from him :D he's now all a profesional guy with money and can afford a Triton... lucky bastard.....
