I think someone a long time ago checked with a metronome, and the fastest one turned out to be the section of 'Visions' at 180 bpm.
Stratovarius aren't the fastest band around. That's not what makes them good.
Fastest song I've heard is probably Nile - The Burning Pits of the Duat, at 265 bpm. I'm pretty sure The Bezerker has some even faster songs. Origin also have some extremely fast songs.

EDIT : I checked the tabs in GP, it seems both Visions and Stratofortress are 175 bpm and Speed Of Light is "only" 165, like Learning To Fly. I can't find the Find Your Own Voice one though.

ok, just heard it again, it is very fast, regarding jorg and jari, jens and timo dont really break a sweat compared to some other solos. since i am a guitarist i compared it to pure guitar/keyboard speed...
