No problem for us to come in Britain, if we just have to come with our instruments (no amps), and the travel 50% paid by the concert :wink:

We've contacted Luca for this problem, cos we have this name since 1998. And he has replied : "You're nothing and I do what I want!!!!"

If he copyrighted the name before you did, then there isn't much you can do about it.

However, I'd still suggest you changed your name... I instantly thought of Luca Turilli when I saw your band name and it will probably cause a lot of confusion in the future!
