Stratovarius Cover recording - for all musicians who can rec

Here musicians can talk to each other about making music etc. Of course if you are not a musician you are still welcomed to this board, but the topics should somehow be about making music.

I think it would be cooler though if someone would actually play the key parts.

Yes, the important thing is to HURRY UP!!!

Because we singers have to wait until everything is recorded. But I can still record the introduction on keyboard... I'll see if I can do that back from work.

How do I host a file here to share when I've finished Rythm guitars?

To host your files, you can use websites such as YouSendIt or RapidShare if you don't have your own FTP server.

I would say lead guitar and then upload it as a Karaoke version. I would love to have a karaoke version of Black Diamond.

Will do.

We can record all the instruments, and then We can start posting the different versions with each of us singing!

BTW, good luck on keys!

That is not what I meant. You should continue your plans with using the guys you've wanted to use:
DRUMS
Logic Studio and some samples i'll use Tongue
dupinguez ( Programming )
cl4udiolari ( programming )

BASS
Neonvomit
Nightscreamer

GUITAR
Warrencurrymetal

KEYBOARD
Rikkertje
Dopinguez
cl4udiolari

VOCAL
Hiro23
Dopinguez
warrencurrymetal

MIXING & MASTERING (at Finnvox Studios Tongue )
cl4udio

But before doing the vocals just upload a Karaoke version.

that will work, except that I think cl4udiolari is taking charge of keys as of now, unless we hear from Rikkertje or Dopinguez otherwise. I wish I knew what was wrong with Rikkertje's Cubase setup. His keys won't record.

Maybe? I never met him/her before. You would probably know better than I as you've been around in these forums longer than I.

I guess it will remain a mystery then until he/she reveals what's correct ;)
