Who wants a new solo album from Tolkki?

Who wants a new solo album from Tolkki? I'd like to hear another Metal instrumental album. If Strato doesn't regroup Tolkki should make another solo album. I'm sure it would sell very well. The production would probably kick his first 2 solo album's ass. I feel he gets better and better at producing.

I'd like, but as Timo is gonna to become a producer he will probably have less time for writting and recording his own music. But recording solo album now seems quite natural, and I'm for
BTW, I have never heard his solo albums, but I ordered them in internet shop, and they soon gonna come. I cannot wait...

Is gonna be Nigh impossible to Beat! CVAT was near perfection, IMO!
But, I'm all for it--however, its up to TT, and will he have the time&energy to do such a project?
I hope he thinks about it, and I hope he realizes the fans would definitely appreciate it!

HTL I liked more than CVAT. Very different album, though. CVAT is "just" some great music, but HTL had all the feelings and emotions PLUS some great music as well...

I agree! I felt like the first solo album of both Timo's was they shared with us some music that they loved. And the second albums they shared their hearts.

Timo should celebrate his Number 1 Status as best Guitar player with another Album like CVAT!
And, he should put in a bigger booklet, with MORE pics! Maybe at least one of him in his famous black leather pants!

there is no doubt that TT is a really great composer and guitar player and singer and i will like that TT make another solo album. but if he does i wish it could be more power and not like 'hymn to life' that sound very pop and not so much as the really TT sound!

Right on! I liked "Hymn to Life" but, I preferred "CVAT" and its Classical Sound. Tolkki's singing wa somewhat different on CVAT than the early Stratovarius albums&I really liked it--deeper pitch, or something-whatever, Soldiers Prayer&Firedance Suite were OUTSTANDING vocals!

You know what I'd like to hear? EPISODE Album done over in TOLKKI's voice. The Whole thing!!! I'd like to hear The Big Guy sing Season of Change, Will the Sun Rise?,Eternity, Babylon, etc. I think TT would do it really good!
Lots of us love his voice&want to hear MORE!!!!

Yeah, for sure another Tolkki album would be great. To be honest I didn't quite feel settled after HTL, ... something more Metally would be nice, either classically influenced like his first one or else... I dunno. HTL just wasn't heavy enough! Hehe... I liked the personal and emotional flare, though, that was cool. It was like... one of those albums I appreciated more than I actually enjoyed. CVAT on the other hand was awesome.
I'd love to hear him sing again, though... I liked his vox more on the first three Strato albums than HTL though...

if you wanna metal from TT, take one of Stratovarius album. The solo one might be, and should be, different.

Definitely a new solo album!!!

But I´m quite positive that it wouldn´t be very "metallic" if Tolkki was to release one. I liked most of the songs on Hymn to life very much... it´s a very diverse album. On the other hand, I think H.t.l. was something special and unique for Tolkki, so whatta hell of an album would the new one be like?!?

Anyway, whatever happens to Stratovarius, I want to hear Tolkki´s compositions in the future too. Metal or not.
