I do not know about armageddon, but I'm sure in the next 4 years we will know some very perilous times!

Word up! Ditto that for me. As far as this "armageddon" business - that is an xtian fantasy tale, nobody outside of xtianity believes any of that shit. There is something going on alright, but it's not to do with Bush or his bogus doctrine of xtianity or this unfounded war. It's something on a much higher level than that. And yes, it will affect us all. Within the next decade we will witness the fall of xtianity. It has no place in new age we are transitioning to. As for the revelation in their bible, they took the bare essentials of what is fundamentally true and layered it heavily with carefully chosen symbolism twisted to instill strong fear in order to control. There is so much happening right now right in front of everyone's noses but they are blind to it. I see it crystal clear and so can others like me, and we know our specific roles in ushering in the new age, but the masses who are totaly submissive to this mundane deception just will not allow themselves to see it or to live at a higher consciousness. They just allow themselves to be controlled. They live in fear of all of this crap they read in the bible, none of which is true. It is a woeful situation. Things go on in this mundane world and the way I see it is that I sometimes stand in that world, but for the most part, I exist on a vibrational level that hovers just above it, so all that shit just goes on around me, I interact with it but it doesn't touch me because I don't allow it to. I do get frustrated with these people who refuse to better themselves and think for themselves or BE themselves. I would never trade the balance I know in my life for anything in the mundane world. People can ridicule, insult, say whatever they want about me or the way I see things but it really does not affect me nor do I care because I understand with profound pity the type of soul that these things are coming from and feel very fortunate that I am not one of them.Twilight Legionnaire wrote:I'm not saying Peace is an option. Dictators like Saddam (who, mind you, isn't even a real muslim.) should be thrown down from their throne.
The fact is, it should have been done fourteen years ago during the Gulf War, when most of the international community agreed that something need to be done about Saddam, after the invasion of Kuwait.
If they didn't do it then, they shouldn't do it now. He remained in power because the international troops wanted him to.
Yes, something NEEDS to be done about international terrorists, and in the shortest period of time. Open war against the "axis of evil" isn't going to help one bit though. For every "terrorist" the US troops kill in Iraq, two arise. Terrorism (speaking only about anti-american/west terrorism) is born from the lust some countries have of being the World's Police. This should be the UN's job.
Now, we do have a problem, yes. The UN doesn't do shit. It's sad, but it's true. However, the more countries disobey the UN, the less importance will this organization have.
The fact that wars are based on lies doesn't help. Saddam did nothing since the previous war to cause a war against his country (yeah yeah, "war for freedom and democracy" shit), and actions like these against an internationally recognized country should be really thought well before being taken. The war against Iraq did much, much more harm than well, and it's getting worse.
And who knows how far it will go...
