Toronto's Show!!!
Post
by colombian » Mon Sep 26, 2005 4:18 pm
It was a great night. I finally got to see Stratovarius for the first time
There was a lot more people than what we usually get at the Opera House. I really didn't expect that many people to go, but good to know that the metal community is growing.
The setlist was nothing new, the same that they have been playing in all shows I think:
Maniac Dance
Speed of Light
Kiss of Judas
Legions
Twilight Symphony
Will the Sun Rise
Bass solo
The Land of Ice and Snow
United
Against the Wind
Season of change
Father Time
Coming Home
Destiny
Hunting High and Low
Forever
Black Diamond
I got lucky that the people in front of me moved to the back, so my brother and I and two girls next to us moved right to the front. Those guys don't know what they missed
Hopefully we can have you guys back soon here!!!

If it's the first time 99.9% of those fans have seen Strato, then they have to stick to the songs voted for as the favourites, I guess.
Hope they play Zenith or Leave the Tribe in Europe...

How can we know that yet?

I think only the band and the crew etc. may know that at this moment.

The staff at the venue I went told me the same thing:
"DONT TAKE ANY PICTURE, IF WE SEE YOU TAKING PICTURES, WE'LL CONFISCATE THE CAMERA"
With that attitude.
But, I took more than 20 pics and still have the apparatus, so, the hell with them.
There were mad ppl taking pics, it was not likely that they would get in the moshpits to do anything.

And you wanna say you didn't see the sign on the door?
Well, anyway the security first, then they asked the closet lady the cameras are not allowed. Even though many people passed with them...

Yeah I didn't see many people with cameras... I never bring a camera.. because I don't have one

I guess I could take my sister's, but nah, I just like going and enjoying the concert, and as long as it stays in my mind, that is good enough for me.
