I dunno--sounds interesting indeed, but i have my doubts about seeing a really good movie..

it's an interesting idea, but i'm afraid it will ... well, further give metal a bad name...

a really good metal movie is... Metal: A headbanger's journey. the bass player, Sam Dunn, in my drummer's other band made it; it's really broad, but fucking awesome... he touched on that whole church burning thing in Norway, but... i dunno, I think he'll probably do another one all about that, or all about Black Metal :P

His documentary should be on DVD at some point... it's really worth taking a look...

Fuck! iron_thunder, do you know this guy Sam? I checked his info on imdb and I was really surprised when I read he's an anthropologist! I'm studying anthropology, and in the future I was considering doing something related to power metal culture (this could be my second choice; my first choice would be something related to Finnish ethics, social behaviour or something of the sort). Anyways, this is another "Twilight Zone in Toronto" moment here in Stratoforum... This is getting weird... :lol:
