There are female Predators, but they won't go to field since they are a hunter's society  check Wikipedia for A LOT more :P Aliens are game for them, nice to breed, challenging to hunt  what else would Predator want from life...

And for that little Predalien, yes, he is most likely for the sequel :P they are familliar for those who enjoyed playing the Alien vs. Predator I & II games for PC... get fucked-up in 20 seconds on one, and you'll know that one for the rest of your life

And, for the record the movie was not my kind :? in short, I hated it in sake of the orginal Alien and Predator series... and the great games too! :D

IMO the funniest (recent) movie ever is The Imposters. Or maybe I'm just biased because Oliver Platt is in it.
I went to see it friday night, its very well done and all but oh so long and slow... they could have cut off 40 minutes off and it would have been cool, also the ending is very drawn out... but i enjoyed it.

@BEG: Aliens vs Predator Rocks! love the whole saga and universe, i still play my old aliens vs predator 2 on my pc :D and yes as Kain just said, the Predators have a very organized social system (so i read the books too, sue me)

Monty Python and The Holy Grail is a classic! Sin City was a great movie as well. I've got both of those on DVD. I loved Munich and will get that one when it comes out too.

I just saw "SAW", and I liked it.

@iron_thunder, yes I love weird movies like that--nothing gory, but just weird or scarey stuff. :)

I watched ALEXANDER today again. Somehow, Colin Farell does not fit that part--I mean AtheG was a pretty violent fellow&Colin came off as the guy next door until toward the end when he got paranoid--but in those days it was normal to be paranoid because everyone was trying to topple everyone in power to become the ones in control! :err: Kinda like today, then! :D

On the topic of movies.

Alien vs. Predator: Hated it so much. It took everything that we used to love about the Alien and Predator movies and pussified it. The last 15 minutes were the best parts of the entire movie.

Just saw the Punisher for the 1000 time and it gets better each time. Time to punish the guilty. Violent to the core, the way it should be. There is no sugar coating a movie like that.

Finally took the chance to see The Patriot(not the pussy Steven Segall shit either) and I loved every moment of it. Thank god they kept the war scenes as realistic as possible.

They should have given the part of Alexander to Val Kilmer. Far superior actor in my opinion. In fact, I thought he stole the whole movie from Farell. Then again, I never liked him anyway.lol

I thnk the biggest travesty is that they picked Farell to play Sonny Crocket in the up coming Miamia Vice movie.

2 Days ago I've watched the German comedy "7 Zwerge" (7 dwarfs). Well, not really good, but it contains some funny guest appearences of well-known German comedians.

And yesterday evening I've seen "Riddick". And I still don't know what to think about that movie. Somehow... well, the atmosphere is cool, and I love those dark worlds and planets. But somehow it's all so superficial and soulless. Still, Van Diesel has kind of a coolness factor. His character is so much exaggerated, but if you accept that you really can enjoy his acting.

Colm Feore is one of the best villians in showbiz today, IMO. He was the bad-guy in this movie, if my memory serve correctly.

just finished watching it. the movie is great - and blackened my whole day, as it might suppose to do to everyone.
i feel really sad, really.
there're too many thoughts, too many questions without answer. but, well, i still prefer the "Lord of War" style, at least it makes me laugh, 1000 times, no matter how ironical or tragical it actually is.
so i love Munich, but i won't see this movie again.

also watched Brockback Mountain last week. like it very much.
and some old movies. saw Training Day and feel disapointed - don't really like the story. both actors are brilliant but the movie itself is not that good.
finally got a copy of "Out of Africa" too, and watched it right after Brockback Mountain. really enjoyed it. btw, when i saw a young Robert Redford i thought i was looking at a Brad Pitt clone or something...XD

yes i know i've seen too many "serious" movies so i spent some hours watched the "Wallace&Gromit" series. saved my day~

@ BEG: If you like scary-but-not-gross, watch The Brood, if you can find it. There are a few murders, but it's not gruesome (to my recollection), just fucking scary. like... incredibly freaky.

Some weeks ago I saw "the myth". It's a Jackie Chan film, but this one is very different from the rest. It has a moving love story! I liked watching movies were Jackie plays, but this one is by far the best I've seen!
