I've bought this thing, every goth knows what is it
But I don't understand what is written on it. Anybody knows?

The problem with hieroglyphs is that they represent sounds, not alphabetic letters, the same as when you write shorthand. The point is, even if you could translate that accurately, it would probably translate into Egyptian words anyway.
Another problem with hieroglyphs is that jewelery designers find them trendy and like to put them on things with no reason or rhyme.
