A great tenor with a great and easily recognisable voice is no longer with us...
Many of us would love to see him perform I guess...

Re: Luciano Pavarotti 1935-2007
Hm, heard it in the news as well...
the only thing I can't understand is, that he got a child 2 or 3 years ago, so ~ 70 aged!! And now the child can think: Hm, my father was a popular tenor but he is dead, rather prefer a none-popular alive one or something...I feel pity for this child.
But anyway, yes, rest in peace

Great voice. Even metal-fans have to admit that.

I watched it although I have no doubts about his status as a legendNeonVomit wrote:If anyone doubts his status as a legend, watch this. Utterly enchanting.

A human male can spurt his semen and multiply up to his 100's of years, theoretically speaking. Although the female human race tend to live a bit longer. Possibly because they don't feel the need to be so "macho" because of estrogen energy. Damn this testosterone. Although I still like my own penis.Me, My Enemy wrote:Hm, heard it in the news as well...

Rantanen's or mine?
Well...what's Rantanen's I asked myself, too, because I didn't actually get the message but I thought it might come from my not-all-about-english-or-biology-with-this-testosterone-stuff and didn't know what to reply and better was quiet ^^"
I don't have a clue anymore

Re: Luciano Pavarotti 1935-2007
I think he meant my post. All I was about was the age of male humans, nothing against the memory of Pavarotti or anything. Just about the post earlier about making kids in an old age. As in human males being able to produce in old age. Just biology, regardless of other values. I'm really tired now, man. Gotta go beddy-bye bye. Time for evening medication, then under the blanket hugging the teddybear.

Yeah, it's always sad if someone dies. But he leaves many things behind here... I mean, how many records of his voice exist and all... So... He became kind of immortal because of that!

Tragic loss for the music world, indeed...

My respect and thanks to him for the music, and my sympathy and prayers for his family.
