Why the fuck did you die?!!?!?!?!?

One of my heroes, he stood up for most of the things I believe in and then some. Plus he made me laugh to tears more than once. This Baileys I'm drinking is for you.

I can't believe you guys have never heard of George Carlin! :D
He also had a hit TV-show for 2 years, and on conservative Fox-TV of all things! What irony, as Carlin was a full-fledged liberal whose acts were largely satire against religion&traditional values.
He was hilarious, and it has been said in real, everyday life he had a heart of gold. I'm sure Carlin will be greatly missed by his family, friends, and the entertainment world in general.

Here he is! =P

Victor Borge died?? :(

I am glad that I saw George Carlin perform while he was alive.

Still, though, the funny thing about the death of a celebrity is that it always seems to make them even more famous. So in a way, I'm glad that he died; people that may not have noticed him before will have heard of him when they otherwise might not have had a chance to.

True, but screw it, he could have made one or two more HBO specials.
