I have read that AC/DC actually stands for Anti-Christ/Devils Child.... that's pretty badass.ggonza43 wrote:*Stratovarius (Who else could think anything more original to combine an electric guitar brand with a violin one, resulting into a band that has the elemnts of heavy metal and classical music?)
* Iron Maiden (Sounds like a pussy name, but as soon you hear the band, you realize is the best thing they would have come up with)
* Dream Theater (The name itself makes you expect a very theatrical experience)
* Metallica ("With that name, this dudes are gonna blow my mind" was the first impression I had of them, and they never let me down)
* AC/DC (A name involving electricity and an alternating current or direct current power, what else can you expect?)
I don't think AC/DC have those ideas on mind while thinking the name, and I just don't see them talking about the anti christ on any of their songs. Take the example of "High Voltage" and then tell meMetalVixen wrote:I have read that AC/DC actually stands for Anti-Christ/Devils Child.... that's pretty badass.
