Hello Everyone

This is my first post to the forum as a new member , but I do frequently access the forum as a guest to find out new information on the band , etc....

So , here's the deal.....

I entered the ticket competition and won 2 tickets to the Nottingham Rescue Rooms show tonight (16 May) , I was planning on taking my son but he has to work , and all my usual concert going friends are all busy. So I find myself with a spare Meet & Greet entry ticket which I have decided to offer to a fellow Stratovarius fan....

Is anyone interested ? If so send me a message with your name and we can arrange to meet up somewhere tonight. It is a 14+ show so don't waste your time !!

The offer is totally free as the ticket was free to me , I'm not looking to profit only to pass on this fabulous offer !!!!

There was no queue as the first band came on early 15 mins before the doors were supposed to be open !!

If I'd had the energy to trek up to Nottingham, I would totally have relieved you of that ticket, but sadly t'was not to be, thanks to the fucking shitness that is M.E., which meant I could barely get out of bed on Saturday



Would've looked a bit odd turning up on a M+G though to be fair, given that I did press at Wolverhampton, and I'll be at London for my own amusement (and to see them without presslists etc to worry about)

It was an awesome gig, probably the best I've ever been to.

Lauri Porra is an astounding bassist, and his bass solo was literally ... wow. I couldn't really believe my eyes - most insane bass playing I've ever seen.

My neck, ears and throat are killing me, but it was so worth it. I nearly got a drumstick too, but some f***er three rows back grabbed it and nearly broke my arm getting it (I was right against the barrier headbanging for most of Stratovarius and firewind).

BTW on topic: it sucks you couldn't find anyone to share the ticke with. I wish I'd seen your message beforehand, it'd have been amazing to meet the band. On the other hand, I went with my mate. It would have been a bit shit of me to saunter off and meet the band and leave him by himself.
