While I think AoB is better "on paper", The Wicked Symphony is more eclectic and interesting, fresh, actually some strong 8/10. Angel of Babylon basically has a killer first half, but the end half is the worst part of these albums (apart from Forever Is a Long Time that is so empty filler it's ridiculous - even Jorn won't save it). The best tracks in my opinion are surprisingly Blizzard on a Broken Mirror, a fragile song that progresses with very good taste, and Death Is Just a Feeling. Both The Wicked Symphony and Stargazers let me down a little; I excepted some big song magia that for example The Scarecrow offers.
I especially love Kiske vocals on TWS: loudest and highest in years for Wastelands, and possibly strongest ever mid register on Runaway Train? Matos, Lande and Allen deliver especially well as always (although I think States of Matter doesn't fit to Allen that well), and Ralf Zdiarstek actually just told me on Black Wings that he has an extremely charismatic and eclectic voice. He sounds like some clergyman having a sermon there! ^.^ Sammet, on the other hand, has gone downhill. So much power, but that bit of a rasp there has been since 2006 or so really doesn't fit his voice. Constantly makes him sound like he's caught a cold. Never liked that over-the-top vibrato either.

He just shows off with it; he didn't have it in at least Savage Poetry.
Also special thanks to Sascha Paeth for quality fresh guitar work and Jens for an awesome solo with both quickness and view. I still don't know any other metal keyboardist this good on both sides. (And I'm not that big a fan of Dream Theater.
