So I didn't find one in page 1 of my search, so just started another one. :P

So, what do you'll play when you aren't listening to Stratovarius, hanging out with g/b-friend or making sandwiches?

I've got a PS3, a PS2 (Which is boxed and stored) and a Super Nintendo (For the old time's sake, which, like the PS2, is kept away)

Here is my collection and you guys can share yours too: (including gamertag or user name)

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare 2 (I've got the first for Mac)
Killzone 2
Uncharted 1 + 2
Resistance 1
Assassin's Creed 2
Dante's Inferno
God Of War 3
Dead Space
(There's a couple more I can't remember)

My username on the PSN is RisingNox.

You can post your set up and such, too.

I know that a couple of you are hard core (DanteLink) but what about the rest?

Let me hear ya.

Personally I'm a vintage video game freak..(80s and 90s)
I'm blow away that you mention the SUPER NINTENDO!!!
Unfortunately, when I was younger I sold everything.
I'm more into the aspect of making music with the old hardware via chiptunes now-a-days..
Anyway, my favorites are:

Gameboy: Castlevania adventure, Super mario land, , Tetris, Home Alone

Nintendo: Castlevania series..except for the second one  , Super mario 3 all the way to the top forever!!! Ninja turtles arcade version, mega man series, contra  , BATTLETOADS...

Sega Genesis: Sonic 1,2,3 and sonic and knuckles and sonic spinball. Toejam and Earl..MORTAL KOMBAT!!!!!

Super Nintendo: Super mario world, DONKEY KONG COUNTRY!!, Super mario all stars..Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island, Turtles in time!!......I'm drawing a blank because I'm half asleep!!

Curret videogames: I have no clue .... I'm more fond of the PC for playing them...including Quake 3 that is now Quake live..

Basically those games are the standards and I still love them to death!!

Don't have a lot of time to play games anymore, but two of my personal favorites on the X360 include:

- Modern Warfare 2 (particularly multi-player)
- Wolfenstein 2009 (which I love playing in Uber mode)
- GTA IV w/ mission upgrades

Other than that, I am working most of the time, but even at my age, I still like to play from time to time.

Even my father, a retired manufacturing executive, is positively a 67 year old MW2 (PC) fanatic! lol

PSN account:Mayhemoid
I own a ps1, ps2 and a ps3 + an aged(2006) pc(not connected to internet) which I use to play most games I can with it.

I own about 50-100 games right now.

For ps3 my favourite is InFamous.
I also enjoy Red Faction Guerilla (try it!) uncharted and RSV 1&2 + Endwar and GRAW 2 and Skate 2 and a lot more to come.
My favourite games of ps2 were Prince of Persia, Ratchet and Clank and Jak and Daxter series.

I have the 360, and I often play MW2. The thing about that game is that it has so much bullshit in multiplayer mode (danger close, one man army, COMMANDO?!?!).
I'm also a huge fan of the Halo saga. Can't wait for Reach!
I hope that Black Ops doesn't have commando, and that danger close isn't used with a blue perk.
Other than that, Red Dead Redemption is a good game.

I still have my Super Nintendo, but I lost my TV input cable

My son was the video game fanatic. He has owned almost every system which has been made. Playstation and Super Nintendo were his favs, though.

As for myself, I love online Tetris. I could play for hours if I had the time. :D

I haven't played video games in years, but I was a BIG flight simulator fan. US Navy Fighters, ATF, that whole series. Also really loved the TFX games. I owned a Sega Megadrive as well and had the typical games for that.

When I had the choice of getting a new pc that was powerful enough to play new games, or get a new bass and amp, guess which I picked... I sort of stopped playing games then (as well as skating, but that's a whooole different story...) but I still like bashing out the odd round of Streetfighter or Call of Dudy with friends.

Lucky I worked at the local amusement park Knoebles..so I had money to buy a computer. It still sucked and wasn't good enough for good games but could play the emulators for old school consoles. Funny thing working when you're like 15...people like to pay you 4 dollars an hour. It's most likely not as bad as working in china and everywhere else in sweatshops. I did work in a pizza shop right next to huge ovens and costumers decapitated me daily. Next thread WORK HISTORY.

I've been playing videogames all my life, and I'm still playing of course. The first "game console" I had was an Spectrum, then a MasterSystem, then a Mega Drive, then I jumped to PC, and till now I have had 8 different computers/hardware configurations just to play.

Indeed! He is! Wow, that's a lot of games and a lot of hours. Have you added those hours up? What's the total? 3 Years? :D

The game I was missing in Batman: AA.

@Mayhem: I'll add you and maybe we can do some Uncharted 2 someday; if we are in the same timezone. :P
Someone was trading me RFG for one of my games, but I'm not too big on open world games. I get bored quickly.

@Neverending: Too bad we wont be able to shoot each other when Black Ops comes out. :P It's shaping to be much better than WAW.
I keep hearing great things about Red Dead, but then again, it's open world.

@Shurik: What system you have? I played Bioshock for Mac and liked it a lot its story is so deep and its got so many little details that makes Rapture comes to life. Haven't played B2, tho.

@Rebel: I play AOE3 with my pals sometimes. But I'm more fond of AOE2.

@Robocop: I don't know where you live, but in my first job when I was underage, I made them pay me a dollar above the legal limit. :P I was getting like 6.50 or something. :P

@Raziel: I'd like to see pics of your 8 machines set up man. I can't imaging how it is. How many monitors? :D

Know something 'bout me? I haven't fisnished all of my games despite the fact that I've had them for long. And, I'm afraid to pop in Dead Space. In fact, it was still wrapped until not long ago (It was a gift). I just too scared.

I took like 30 hours to finish Resident Evil 4 because I walked so slow! eheheheh didn't wanted to be surprised by one of those zombies. But they still came out of nowhere. :P

 Dude, I don't have 8 computers. I have had 8 computers but not at the same time! :D

What I meant is that in each computers I have had different hardware. i mean, I buy all the hard and the tower and I mount my configuration, then I usually change it, etc, etc. I usually overclock and change vga, mainboard, etc, etc.

I mean, in PC gaming world that is usual and there are alot of really freak people there

huge gamer right here. well, not as much as Raziel, but close.

I have too many games to write them here, but I can write my hardware. I have a 3DO, Dreamcast, PS2, DS lite, PSP first gen, PS3 slim, Wii, gamer PC.

These days I'm playing Fallout 3 on PC. I have a 24 inch screen on my pc, which is totally awesome. Really immerses you in the game.

And you did delete the invitation before I had the chance to accept (Midsummer weekend)

But I usually only play three days a week so you might not expect to see me online other times.

I find this mildly disturbing. You spent about 1000 hours on videogames alone. If you worked a decent job in the meantime you could have made $20,000. Throw it in a mutual fund and, if the stock market doubles every ten years, you would have $640,000 for your retirement in fifty years. Think about it!! :crazy1:

Finally, my thread :D. OK, let's remember:
- NES (Gradius, Battle City, Punch-Out, Xevious, Star Force, Super Mario Bros/Duck Hunt, 1942, Tecmo Bowl)
- SNES (Donkey Kong Country 1, Super Mario Bros All-Stars, Mortal Kombat II/III, Super Street Figther 2, Phantom 2040, Pink Phanter Goes To Hollywood, Lion King, Super Metroid)
- PS1 (Interactive Sampler CD Vol. 8, Dino Crisis, Resident Evil 3, Quake II, Medievil, 007 The World Is Not Enough, Gran Turismo 1/2, Spyro The Dragon, Namco Museum Vol. 3, Crash Team Racing, Crash Bash)
- XBox 360 (Pure, LEGO Batman, Alien Vs. Predator, Gears Of War 2, Battlefield Bad Company 2, Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2, Left 4 Dead 2, Forza Motorsport 3 - PRE-ORDERED: Bioshock 2, Dead Space, F.E.A.R. 2)

Not that huge amount of games, cause all my consoles are original from USA and don't want to hack them for local games :?

2.158 hours since 27/9/2005 and counting. I'm playing games since 1989 more or less, anyway...it is since year 2000 that I'm playing more. I work 8 hours a day in front of a computer too.
Think about it man, how many time people spent...dunno...posting¿?...smoking¿?...procastinating¿?.

I mean, that time I use it is my "time for fun"

Well, I think it's not much. I really think that's very few hours. But, the problem is that I don't have the time I'd like to have, and of course, there are other things to do in 24 hrs.

Everybody needs some time off work/studies/whatever you are busy with, and they are free to spend it the way they want. I personally play 1 hour ever 2 or 3 days, and for me it's enough time :). Some other days, I prefer to hang out with friends
