I'm sorry I've been away for almost a week, unfortunately I ended up with a ruptured appendix and had to have surgery at the hospital, doctors say I am doing fine and hopefully should be able to go home by tomorrow, sorry to worry you all but I wanted to let you know I was okay, believe it or not Timo's music has helped me through this, I'm very grateful to have it in my life.

Oh man I never felt this sorry for the guy. I just don't know if I should feel sorry for the fact that he's in the hospital or for listening to Timo's music.

Thank you everyone, it's very good to hear from all of you, I am doing much better and I will be able to start working again by this weekend.

It's interesting what life throws at you sometimes and all I can say is that I am glad to be alive.

I'm not feeling any pain anymore, and I only need to watch how much I lift at this point, so starting tomorrow I should be able to go back to work, that's what the Doc says
