I would like to share my project with You. Ufortunatelly I dont have a vocalist and I am really clueless when it comes to mastering and mixing. Anyway it would be nice to hear some opinions and criticism from 'real' musicians

Sad I dont have much time to record all the tracks, I have like 10~ ( In addition i suck at mixing and mastering =D ) . But I might start composing and recording soon cuz corporation I work in is taking a break in 2 weeks. I will ask Cool Edit to help me with mixing ;D

actually that is a pretty decent job, I though i was going to regret my decision of give it a try.
there are flaws in the mixing, like the voice is overpowering the overall instruments , strings and piano.
is like they are on different planes in the spectrum rather than sharing the same space in order to have some coherence.
maybe if the strings came to a lower octave mid range stuff it would ^glue^ together the whole song.

well i only sing and add one filter for cut this diference that you are speaking......
the most part of the mix do it our friend.

Next time I will send him the whole song track by track and we will see how it actually works with drums and guitars. Hope it will kick ass this time
