There are 2 other pics like that. And a video of it from a long time ago on the end of the one documentary from the self titled album. (zenith showed me that.)

I commented not disrespectfully on the first pic he posted and said, “next time tell him to wear gloves.” Only simply because the guy was in his bum. Now you see it at this angle it’s not going directly into his rectum. Just his butt muscle. I couldn’t tell from the other ones. What I meant was, some Mexican said no need for gloves, just alcohol swab. I dunno? Everytime I got injections in my ass they use gloves. Whatever floats your boat. Hope they wash their hands, lol!

When I see this picture, the first thing that I think of is why that guy is smiling like he's taking a picture at a popular tourist's destination. "And if you look to the right, you'll see Tolkki getting his ass injected."

He got sick being in Mexico. He ate at street food stands and was throwing up and diarrhea. Some doctor gave him 3 injections he needed to take of some medicine. I don’t know! Lol!
I do know that some places the tap water is so bad that you need to only drink bottled water. Correct me if I’m wrong. And if you drink it you get sick like that.

Can also be that you're not used to the food. Logically, hygiene in street shops is unheard of.

Taco bell can give me massive diarrhea. I can't fathom what street food burrito would do to me.

Yet, I still eat it because mex food is amazing.
What the fuck did you just fucking say about me, you little bitch?!

montezuma's revenge. :D

I also eat Taco Bell. It doesn’t give me anything besides wanting to die from eating 10 pounds of it.

People say to work up your fiber intake if you want to fix it? Hmm?

How do you guys eat taco Bell? I can't stomach that. McDonald's is the only fast food I like. Or Chipotle if that counts.

I have a high tolerance for bullshit.

Chipotle!! So, so, so good. :o

Taco Bell power menu veggie bowl is something I always get. The sodium is so damn high on all fast food, it’s going to do me in soon. I try to eat at home. I get lazy when driving and get some bad shit. Best thing maybe a veggie subway footlong. You get all that bread and the carbs turn into sugar in your body. I’m not low carb, I’m all over the place. Mentally and physically. :)

I only eat taco bell once every other month at the most. McDonalds probably once a month.

I haven't had KFC in 8 years. Popeyes and Chick-fil-a taste better imo.

Cava brought a "healthy" competition vs Chipotle.

We should go out to eat my man! 20 piece mcnuggets X 5. For each of us.

Cava looks good. I never seen it before!! Locally I only have Mcdicks and Wendys and Durger Bing. Pizza hut and dominos.

Have to travel 30 min for everything else!

As for me, I can't remember the last time I ate out; I don't really enjoy it much. I don't eat fast food at all, if you can believe it. I have been eating a lot of rice bean and cheese burritos though, recently. =P

Yes, I realize that I don't eat the American way. I love to eat sauerkraut, brussels sprouts, squash, pork, turkey burgers, peanut butter, and bagels. Mmm... Delicious! I don't eat beef at all. :? I've had a hamburger maybe once or twice in my life; very tasty!

Shit.....make sure you eat some lean beef some time. The body needs the iron, b12, selenium and protein. I went many years avoiding beef and became anemic!! (This is my experience only of course.) The protein amount is also debatable back and forth but women and men need different amounts,

My go to thing now is steaming broccoli and mushrooms sometimes mixed with cauliflower and carrots. For protein, I have shakes, maybe tofu just when I’m having a meatless day. For the carbs I’m either going brown rice or quinoa. It’s definitely not very tasteful, an acquired taste.

I have several issues that I need to watch what I’m eating. Black beans are one thing. Having loafs of bread and packs of bagels always does me in because I snack on that shit constantly. And that means I don’t have any at home nowadays!! Sucks, I get that bread usually other ways.

Please don’t say you use supplements or vitamins. :|
They are scams and not even proven to work!!
Ok, ok, I do the protein, lol.

Cheers. I’m up all night because some people were trying to break in my house and it spooked me.

Don't worry. I get all of those from the peanut butter, bagels, and a ton of milk. :) I like to eat eggs from time to time, too.

That's debatable, but I won't make a big stink about it. I don't take any supplements anyways.

I meant health stuff. High blood pressure/cholesterol. Just morbid obesity, too.

Black beans just have a lot of fiber. I must have typed out my reply wrong.

With the supplements I just meant like we chatted about in the other section of the forum that it’s better to get your nutrition from real food than from supplements. There are no regulations in that market and they can put anything in it and say it works. Don’t know about euro supplements? Probably way better!
