I think in USA the % of blacks is like 10%, and Hispanic about 15%.
However, immigrants are heavily concentrated in the south. The ratio for Helsinki would be 55 245/576 632. Almost 10%.
The biggest group are the so called paluumuuttajat, people outside Finnish borders of Finnish origin, such as the Ingrian Finns. The second biggest group I guess are the Somalis. Then there are some Vietnamese, Kurds, Turks, Russians...
