I also doubt that he does, if for no reason other than that he doesn't have the time. He's busy working on his own album, and so busy that he doesn't even have time to update his own website. Why on earth would he come here?

If I was him, I wouldn't have any desire to check out the Strato board. Well, maybe I'd have the desire, but I wouldn't go. Maybe he would actually visit here for laughs if he saw that more people are slamming Tolkki than him.

Mr Timo Tolkki... Look at "Waiting for the Dawn". The first solo album of Kotipelto. Isn't that bad? No. I think its an excelent album. Isnt that different to Stratovarius albums???? NO!!!!!!!!!!!!

It seems is not the music at all the reason of the Koti's lefting the band. Do you think that he's the best vocalist ever??? So you are stupid because supossately you fired him...

Dude. How many times does Tolkki have to explain this? He didn't fire anybody. TK decided it was best to leave.

TT did fire Anders, though...at least according to the news item, and to Tolkki's latest news post, and this despite the fact that Anders was never actually in the band at all.

Did you listen to the Metal Meltdown interview? In it, Tolkki explained that when he said that he fired Anders, it was a joke.

Sounds like a cover job to me. Have you seen what Anders said about Tolkki on the Hammerfall guest book? I don't think Tolkki originally meant it as a joke; sounds to me like he decided that later to cover it up.

He gave me a call and said that he doesn´t want to join the band permanently and that he is happy to be in Hammerfall playing True Metal.

Since I am looking for a permanent member, we agreed in good spirits to go separate ways.

I am very disappointed that he didn´t want to join STRATOVARIUS permanently, but at the same time I wish him and the Hammerfall guys well and best of luck with their career.

i think that you said it's right how can he left the band who give he everything however at the begginig of strato you are the singer you are realy good the best he can do whatever he wants but it's nothing without stratovarius tolkki you are the best

The truth must be known, Kotipelto is not writing about the reasons of the split because he knows EXACTLY what he is doing, like always.

Reading his"statement" one might think why he left STRATOVARIUS at all.
Everything seems to be fine.
He was pushing everyone in the band that I would take his mediocre songs to STRATOVARIUS albums.
Even the songs that ended up there, are heavily arranged by me.
His first solo effort was so boring I fell asleep while listening to it.
He sang great though, as always.
He is still to me the greatest vocalist of all time!
But even if he would apologize me,Jens, Jörg and Jari and would show his true face and what he REALLY thinks about his fans, I WILL NEVER EVER PLAY IN THE SAME BAND WITH TIMO KOLTIOPETO AGAIN!!!
Put it this way, I will fucking kick his ass in PIORNO ROCK because he disrespects STRATOVARIUS fans by not even coming to rehearsals.
This is what your "good boy" is doing.
He doesn´t even write about the fact that he is not coming to rehearsals in his bullshit statement.
He writes about NOTHING of importance.
And you guys fall for it.
