I can't actually understand much at all, that's a proper hardcore south London accent. Something about him telling them 'not to be black on this bus' and 'my mum would fucking cut you' and 'do you wanna go out and fight?' I think the black guys were just too astonished to beat him up.

I once tried to buy a sandwich at Stansted Airport; my English is not bad, but I couldn't understand a word the cashier was saying, another Englishman behind my had to translate for me.

Uh, well regional accents can be pretty hard to understand, but standard 'Estuary English' (think Tony Blair) is clear enough.

You do come across people who lack the ability to string together a coherent sentence depressingly often though. The cashier was quite possibly from Essex (since that's where Stanstead is located), which would explain a lot.
