Uh... well technically Cyprus
was part of the Ottoman Empire like, 200 years ago or something, but I'm half Cypriot half Colombian. I have Spanish and German Jewish roots on my Colombian side, and I'm entirely Greek Cypriot on the other. So I'm a mixed bag, but I've lived most of my life in Cyprus. I live in the UK now for work and studies.

Born and lived most of my life in Cyprus. I have dual Cypriot and Colombian nationality. I speak Greek as a first language, but feel more comfortable conversing in English. My Spanish... isn't as good as it should be

That's really cool. Spanish is overrated, it is complex but somehow stupid... definitions and words have been adulterated viciously because it's become so widely spread. I find it beautiful for poetry and subjectivism but not so much for practical uses like day to day life. Grammar is so fucked up though

It is. I talk from the practical point of view, going through a spanish dictionary is like running in circles on meth. It's not faith though... faith in what by the way? I'm happy with my country and language if that's what you mean
