I'm loving that poster behind, great videos
!
You mean because of TK's voice, or musically overallrikkertje wrote:That is the worst live version of Father Time I have ever heard.
Mostly his voice. I watched the rest of the video's too and I have to say this is the worst I ever heard him sing. And I'm not only talking about high notes blablabla. I mean his overall singing. Hope he improves during the tour.ggonza43 wrote:You mean because of TK's voice, or musically overallrikkertje wrote:That is the worst live version of Father Time I have ever heard.?
seriously dude, I don't want to use the ignore feature, but you're more repetitive thanrikkertje wrote:I think his singing is like shit compared to the Polaris tour. And I will continue to say that. Just like I say it when I like his voice. Like in Darkest Hours for example.
Indeed. He had more time now to cope with the band than when he first joinedRazielSR wrote:Hey, Matias is a lot much into the band now, he is a lot more confident up there. Really cool. The whole band feels better than in Polaris tour it seems. And Alex is making a good job.
Maybe we don't care what you think about the voice of Koti,i dutch i will call you a ''zeurpietje'' om in Sinterklaas stijl te blijvenrikkertje wrote:I think his singing is like shit compared to the Polaris tour. Besides, some people never been to a Strato concert before, and they must have those songs!
Being the opening act, Stratovarius have limited time to play and for that reason I'm not overly surprised they chose to play mostly "hits".adrian9 wrote:set list!
That melody they used for the intro before Phoenix...What is it? Sounds celestial! Maybe something from "Elysium"
You mean the opening music? It is not from Elysium. They also used the opening music on Polaris World Tour.ggonza43 wrote:That melody they used for the intro before Phoenix...What is it? Sounds celestial! Maybe something from "Elysium"?!
No, at the Polaris World Tour they used the "Destiny" melody, unless this was used in some later shows, and if that's the case I didn't know. Anyway, sounds heavenly and I love itVictorTDD wrote:You mean the opening music? It is not from Elysium. They also used the opening music on Polaris World Tour.
Yes, they used it later. I heard it in China.ggonza43 wrote:No, at the Polaris World Tour they used the "Destiny" melody, unless this was used in some later shows, and if that's the case I didn't know. Why you asian (no ofence) always get the best of everythingVictorTDD wrote:Yes, they used it later. I heard it in China.
I ask myself why can't Timo Kotipelto reach anymore the high notes. Sure he is not getting younger, but look at Michael Kiske. But of course Timo cannot do anything wrong. Fucking hellRebel wrote:seriously dude, I don't want to use the ignore feature, but you're more repetitive thanrikkertje wrote:I think his singing is like shit compared to the Polaris tour. Arnold Layne
Not only asia, I mean "later", they use it during the later legs of Polaris Tour I think.ggonza43 wrote:Why you asian (no ofence) always get the best of everythingVictorTDD wrote:Yes, they used it later. I heard it in China.?!
what we need to c in here is kiske has not made tours for several years and koti has done tours since 95 (I think) kiske voice is in good shape for thatKecos wrote:Most can't reach the high notes after 15-20 years.. Very true, if Kiske made a lot of touring, he wouldn't have that voice for so longKmasters wrote:what we need to c in here is kiske has not made tours for several years and koti has done tours since 95 (I think) kiske voice is in good shape for that
Kiske is a good singer, but has a crappy voice for metal imo.ggonza43 wrote:Very true, if Kiske made a lot of touring, he wouldn't have that voice for so longKmasters wrote:what we need to c in here is kiske has not made tours for several years and koti has done tours since 95 (I think) kiske voice is in good shape for that. But yeah, Kiske is a great singer for his age
Really? I loved him in early Helloween...I think I like his voice more than Andi, although they are very different singersBalu wrote:Kiske is a good singer, but has a crappy voice for metal imo.
Then, yes. But recently when he sung metal (RR - selftitled, Avantasia, etc.) he didn't fit the music.ggonza43 wrote:Really?
