What a wrap!!! I think that's supposed to be a taco for Paul Bunyan.

Real tacos are not "crunchy" or any of that crap served in Taco Bell

And this baby is called "Chile en Nogada"

And these were made by me

Both pics are of quesadillas.

These are made with wheat flour tortilla, and I chopped some sausages and put them inside of the quesadilla



And then these are made with corn flour tortilla, and the cheese drips out and gets fried without going all over the place thanks to the pan

yeah I wanted to ask to BEG, what is that red velvet cake, looks great? but is made of cinnamon or something?

No, no cinnamon. A Red Velvet Cake is just a chocolate cake, or white cake with enough red food coloring to make it look red. A white cake only takes about a few spoonfuls, but a chocolate cake might take a whole 1, or 2 ounce bottle of red food coloring to make the batter red. What makes the Red Velvet Cake so delicious is the Cream Cheese Frosting! Some people put coconut on the cake, but that's optional.

For a taco, you usually bake whatever goes inside, say meat or chicken or whatever on it's own separate pan. Then you heat up the tortillas and you serve the content on them.

The meat was cooked separatelly, and then everything is added like that. Then people can add onion or anything they want. Also, tacos should be all rolled.

Then these "Tacos Dorados" (Golden Tacos [??]) are made with the chicken inside, but since they are rolled, you still call them "tacos". They are fried and crunchy. Served with cream.


Quesadillas are always folded. You add chese most times (not 100% necessary), but they are always baked all in one. If you add sausages or "frijoles" or some ham, it should be before the heating process. Then the taste is very different, because what is inside never touched the pan.
