Stratovarius will be playing at Jaxx in West Springfield, VA on September 19th 2005. According to the venue's website, anyway.

AWESOME! I can't wait. Seeing the guys live will be a dream come true for me. I hope to see them in the Pennsylvania area, or in reasonable traveling distance of it!

... and if they play a show near me that is 21 and over to get in, people will die slow and horrible deaths.

STRATOVARIUS have announced two more live dates in the U.S. to coincide with their appearance at the ProgPower Festival 2005. Their schedule is now as follows:

September

16-17 at Earthlink Live in Atlanta, GA (ProgPower VI)

19 at Jaxx in Springfield, VA @ Jaxx

21 at B.B. King's in New York, NY @ B.B. Kings



Two national acts are expected to be announced as support soon. A local band will open at each show.

I really wanna know who there getting to tour with them, im already buying my ticket saturday morning. but, for a local band, if they get someone in the chicago area, eh, well lets say, the only good power metal band that i know in the area is 1200 miles away.

I think: no.
If they tour in the whole American continent, then it will long for about 4-5 months. And after that, they will need some rest, so I bet, it will start in march, as the Elements Tour 2003 did.

Stratovarius play in brasil in 2003, in 2005 the strato have to play here in brasil in a south american tour i don't now, but have to come here. PLEASE!!!!

I'd travel to Atlanta in a heartbeat to see Strato, but ProgPower sells out so quickly...

hmmm.. Chicago's HOB is closer, and those tickets are already on sale...

According to Blabbermouth, Santa Ana (Oct. 9) and West Hollywood (Oct. 10) in California have been added to the bill. Into Eternity are apparently going to support.

Those dates are so close together but it says more dates will be added so I'll keep watching.... thanks for the tip Moony.

I just saw that too and being from Southern California not 30 minutes from both concerts I have had my dreams come true....im not sure if im going to be able to sleep tonight with so much anticipation for something that still half a year away!!...lol...o well...Can't wait!!!...

year and we begged him to take Into Eternity on tour, and now it’s a
