He did it till the end and I think he deserves respect, even if I don´t agree with church and his oldfashioned believes.
totally agree in that point...I don't care the cath church but this man did something is very difficult to ignore and reach at the same time..

While I'm not Catholic and while I disagree with most of his stances (such as on homosexuality and abortion), I think he ought to be admired for some of his work (such as reconciliation with other religions, fighting for world debt relief, fighting against communism...).
If nothing else, he became pope before I was born, so that does feel a bit strange. I mean, he might not have had much impact directly or indirectly in my life and I might not even care that he's gone, but he's always been present as a background character, and you sort of get used to that...

I'm not a christian, but Pope was a great man who had an influence on this world. May he rest in peace.

I've been having a bad week, and seeing what I've done just made it worse.
My intentions were not to bet on a man's death, more rather just to get people's opinion on how long he would be on this world. But, then again, this just shows how much of a fucking dumbass I am. So, please accept my sincere apologies. The pope was an excellent man, on of God's Athletes, and a man who changed the world. So, may my soul be sent straight to hell...
btw, I've ask Jens to delete this thread...

I think that people will accept your apologies. Dont worry.
And it's evident that this forum is moderated at some level...

Sooner as it could be possible the other topic (really unrespectful and stupid)on the Pope was deleted.
Anyway for the incoming new loosers who surely will post topics and posts wich go against forum's BASIC rules (we are not speaking about euphemisms and twin-meanings, but about TASTE to not offend other's feelings):
Dont waste your time on the keyboard...and leave your crap inside your mind.

He's just a lost puppy: he wants attention (and probably isn't house-trained). Probably wants to hear me slam him. Well...I'm tired of dealing with this bullshit. So, I'm not even gonna bother!
