Yet, you are right (according to info from Kotipelto) when it comes to the Reunion album being BS. You were also right about Tolkki being banned.
2 out of 3 ain't bad. Get this one right&maybe people will know you are creditable! :bigok:
For some time the bass player was supposed to be Björn Englen, but it didn't work out. Timo Tolkki himself posted some hints about who it was, and that he currently played with a "certain famous Swedish guitar player's band." Such a hint cannot reasonably refer to Justin Biggs.

RR (with Justin, not Björn) spent some time in Helsinki recording and shooting pictures recently.

Haven't heard any more gossip regarding the South America tour, except what I posted above. For instance there is nothing still on the Via Funchal web site about a Revolution Renaissance gig in December. The promoter has a web site up (which misspells Timo Tolkki's name as "Timmo")

The latest word is that the situation was quite chaotic, and they have fired the Incartaz promoter, and are trying to set up a tour instead with the help of a guy called Eric de Haas. He is much more experienced but he will have a very difficult job as the tour is supposed to start in two months. Expect drastic changes to the tour schedule, or just some announcement that it has been postponed.

When the guys in RR were Helsinki beginning of September, at least one night they were out drinking together with the Strato guys (all of RR except Timo Tolkki).

They actually started recording the album, so they can make demos and shop for a record label (outside of Asia where they already have JVC).

Tolkki is back at the moment in Italy mixing Vision Divine, it's why things are a bit quiet. He is also choosing on purpose not to make so many statements, which is probably good. Even though it couldn't hurt to announce who the bass player is already ;)

:D Great!!! I think I saw them but at the time I couldn't believe my own eyes. They seemed very happy together and that was not what I expected. They laughed a lot and seemed to have a really good time together. I was tempted to ask them things but I dont know them that well, so I gave up the idea. Now I regret my shyness
