That is actually true. I have a picture of myself when I was a little baby and I looked just like BEG's grandson. But because I was exposed to the Sun too many times, I started to turn in a tanned tone. Still OK, though!

I was just talking about the color of the eyes...however...I also get tanned in the sun

Its probably genetics!

Yes, definitely all children are born blue-eyed, but by the time they are a few months old the color changes. My son was blue-eyed until he was about 3 months old then slowly turned to a jade green color by the time he was 6 months old. Even I was blue-eyed until I was about 6 months old, then my Dad's dark eyes won the DNA contest.
As for my grandson his mother's family are blue-eyed folks, so I think genetics will play its hand and Devan will remain blue-eyed. Which is cool because he does have beautiful blue eyes.
