OMFG I nearly cried

this is by far one of the best ballad melodies I've ever heard in my life. no cheese at all! however the album version's gonna be, this is going to be one of my favourite tracks on the album. and I'm not even into ballads

Exactly what I was afraid of has happened. They released Nemesis but instantly started playing Unbreakable a semitone lower than the album version. Why release songs that you can't sing live? Why not place it in this live key on the album?

Have you ever thought of replacing Kotipelto since you always complain about his voice? Maybe you can team up with Mr. Cool Edit and sing FIND YOUR OWN VOICE via skype.

Well the thing is I absolutely love his voice on Nemesis. He sounds so comfortable and relaxed. So that's why I wonder why it is such a big difference live. That's all.

And no, I don't want him to sing exactly the same and as perfect as the album version, but when someone records a song in 2012 I'd at least expect him or her to sing it in the same key not even a year later.

No hate or whatever. If you read my recent posts you'll see that I praised TK's voice over and over. And I still think he's good. I just don't get the 'lets record it in C# minor but play it in C minor' thingy.

Oh, and Robo, PLEASE NO MORE Mr. Cool Edit! PLEASE.

Well the short version; tuned down sounds heavier, you don't want to go too low or you need heavier strings, some things are a little easier to sing, some things are a little bit more difficult to sing(!), you have to balance this idea across the whole set-- you want to change tuning on bass/guitar mid-set as little as possible.

That actually makes it a lot more clear. Thanks JJ! And once again, love Nemesis and can't wait to hear it all live in The Netherlands.

The show was great,the place was pretty packed.
The new songs sounded great live only the played a bit to short.
During Hunting high and low something happend with the power so the audience sang the song for the band.
You missed a great event thats for shure;-)
