It's hard to tell as their are all great guitarrist. But technically speaking, Petrucci stands among those; emotionlly (=P) speaking, Tolkki has more "soul" in his style; and fastly (=P
) speaking, Romeo is like a re-newed Yngwie

From those 3, Tolkki definately. But overall, nobody can beat ex-Ensiferum and nowadays Wintersun icon Jari Mäenpää.
Love his touch with the instrument. He plays even the hardest solos clean unlike some who hide behind high guitar amplifier volume. And the most important, his compositions are epic.

Petrucci can pee on Tolkki's and Romeo's mouth. He is far far better than those 2 doughnuts with legs.
