Here in Ivalo. He just had the possibility to use Internet as long as he wanted to in Lahti.
Oh, I forgot, today he went to Nellim. Poor lad...

You stole my words. It is a little village lost in the middle of nowhere with bad roads and never repaired houses. The worst place to go sightseeing. Or to do anything anyway.

We've some similar little places at least in my region (south west from France), lost in the middle of nowhere too.
And the most little village of France is Castelmoron d'Albret, all surrounded by trees and where live only 63 people.
Here you can find a pic of this village; click on "Aquitaine" and then "Photos", "Gironde" and "Castelmoron-d'Albret".

The name of that village sound like Castlegard.
@Finnish:
U mentioned that in Nellim ther are "bad roads", that is only in there or that is in somewhere else?

Here are several bad roads in here... main road to south is quite good, but some smaller roads are just horrible...

I'm back! The trip to Nellim was AWESOME! We collected berries!

And we saw a place that has many pieces of crap metal.(Meaning the graveyard of Toyota Corollas and Ladas). And my dog went after reindeers and some other animals.

And dad managed allmost break our Nissan Bluebird. Should have driven with Lada Niva... (And what is Lada Niva you ask? It is a really good offroad car by Lada.)

Yes, of course some really, really, really small roads are in bad condition. Not the "important" and bigger roads.

That's funny (if you mean the main library of Ivalo)! We have the main library of the
province of Lapland
(again I don't know the exact word) in the city called Rovaniemi, which is 300 kilometres south from Ivalo.

Is there a lake (though i know you've a lot of lakes in Finland) or a natural park near from Ivalo?

We have the third largest and second deepest lake in Finland, "Inarijärvi" and several lesser lakes. Natural parks? There's "Urho Kekkosen kansallispuisto" and Lemmenjoki near Ivalo but all of our nature is in "natural-park-condition".

Thanks for the pictures, they're nice!
In France, at least in the south west, we've some lakes with a lot of pines.. Also the "Bassin d'Arcachon" who is an ornemental lake who flows into the Atlantic Ocean, plus the highest natural sand dune of Europe.
I think that most of the places here are "natural-park-condition" too.
But if only the human being didn't pollute so much the Nature in general..
