Yes indeed, one of my best friends has a feeble will, she spends a lot of her time in the gym working out but then goes and eats candy and chocolates... i run a bit and use some barbells at home some of the time but i also eat a hell of a lot less crap, so i am losing more weigtht than she is

yup a lot of junk food and also the fact that life goes so quick that they don't need to move so much, like shopping online, taking electric stairs or elevators than normal stairs... and things like that

they don't walk too much

Also, men naturally burn calories faster&easier than women due to higher testosterone levels. So in that apect, the sexes are not equal! You guys are lucky that way!

I have given long and hard thinking for this thing... that's 'couse I was rather certain that I'm into that small-build redhead/brunnette/dark-haired type of whomen, a bit punky dressing and attitude is very ok generally just a bit wild rock/punk/heavy type of girls are my thing...

Last time I checked, I am very much alive. LOL Oddly enough, I hardly get sick because of it either. I am pretty much just like my dad. Tall and skinny. I guess the ju jitsu training pretty much pushed me to the more musculuar side than fattier side.

I might have an over active thyroid, but I really haven't had a chance to have it checked out. Too busy with other things.
