Working in factories is nothing to joke about!!
Let's just say I've had experience.
(not a Finnish goat cheese factory though)

That's what you get for being a Facebook fanboy. When I become famous I'm not going to hook up with my Internet stalkers in real life either! At least not until I'm starting to become really desperate for some human touch.

also *insert-joke-about-him-an-Jenn-here*
and he comes with this "seminar" to Slovakia as well, 3rd April if I remember it correctly in Bratislava, of course:) 3 hour class plus one hour gig with local musicians, LOL
btw, anyone can send a link of how this seminar looks like? I´m gonna do the interpreting for him, so I´m curious of what´s going on

try Youtube. Search parameters "Timo Tolkki masterclass"
In short:
During his masterclass he will perform some songs solo and talks about being into the music industry, using guitartechniques etc.
With the local bands he will play various songs of Strat, Revolution renaisance and his soloprojects.
Setlist:
Key to the universe
Anthem of the world
Seasons of faiths perfection
Last night on Earth
Heroes
Speed of light
Hold on to your dreams
Coming Home
Black Diamond
Father Time
Into the future
Age of Aquarius
Just curious though, why is playing with local bands "LOL"in your opinion?
I am one of the musicians playing with him in the netherlands (keyboards) and though it is fun, it is also hard work.

SinisterStar wrote:I didn't want to say anything in case this is his bi-polarness talking and he ends up changing his mind. But after thinking about it, I don't care. He told me over facebook chat last night that he thinks his music career is completely over. He has a day job now to support his family. He basically said RR is done as is Project Strato. His reasoning? Doesn't think anybody cares about his music anymore. I spent half an hour telling him thats bullshit but he seems to have his mind made up. When I asked about making a statement about all this, he told me he wasnt going to do one because he "hates stuff like that"
So there you have it.
How do I say this politely...
You are speaking nonsense and in my opinion you are just trying to look cool with your " look at me, I am Important because Timo talks about personal things with me..." attitude. If you've got nothing to prove your statements, do not mention them at all. You are not Timo, nor his manager so you are only creating confusion and, maybe even worse, spreading untrue stories.
Either way, even if you ARE that close to Timo (Do NOT get me wrong, I am not saying that is not possible

) you would keep this kind of conversations with Timo to yourself out of respect instead of "mysteriously" leaking some half-information on public media. Your point being "frustrated" with the news is no excuse to divulge information to the world about personal matters.
No offense, I am sure you want the best for Timo and if you do...stop creating negative confusion about his whereabouts and activities.
