labels are a combination of many things, the bottom line is just one of those things. bands sign up for mutual benefit otherwise i don't see a reason for the band to sign up. i would guess the label likes the band and that they want to make a profit. being a professional band or a professional label means making a profit. they could find some hobby label and be a hobby band if they want otherwise. they could also be a professional band independent of a label, but i don't think the band would be where they are if they just said "fuck income, fuck supporting family".

why not just say fuck the band for signing with a label that would make a suggestion? why just the label that gets the blame? the label did release it as the band desired

Damn this new album is good, it`s some time since I last listened this and now it sounds even more great if possible! Definetly best album since Destiny I think or even Visions, this is the path that I hope Strato continues with also some newkind of stuff of cource!

It is a grower. Sometimes I listen to the album again and it keeps being wonderful.

Elysium is the best album in Stratovarius career. And also, the most innovative and mature one.

the first seconds of those songs always make me smile... cause I know, now I'm gonna hear those wonderful solo duels between Matias and Jens like in Infernal Maze, and the amazing timbre of Timo's voice like in Fairness Justified, and the perfect accompaniment of drums in Elysium, and the great basslines and their distinct production in all of the songs, and I always think about how wonderful the album title manages to describe where I feel to be when listening to these songs Thank you so very very much
