Edit: Though I like that avatar a LOT, this time I try to NOT USE any kind of avatar for a while... let's see what happens then

No, I haven't seen the movie... (maybe) I buy dvd in the future. But I'm not really interested about the movie, because there are not same actors, not same music, not same feeling etc. I heard that the only same thing between movie and tv-serie are the character names and Miami -location Reviews has also been quite negative...

But the old classic tv-serie is the best ever!!!!!!!

Yeah, most of the Movies made from old TV-Shows have disappointed.(ukes of Hazzard, anyone?)
Now I hear there is a DALLAS Movie being created, with John Travolta as JR, and JLo as Sue Ellen, Marcia Cross as Pamela&Lucas Wilson as Bobby. And, Matthew Maconaghey as Ray Krebs.

You answered you own question. But, he could play Jock, JRs Dad. But, Bill Murray is slated to play Jock, with Shirley MacLaine as Miss Ellie. Paris Hilton or Lindsay Lohan was vying for the part of Spoiled-brat Lucy. Either one would play that part well. :
That movie is supposed to be ready later this year.

I wonder who is going to play loser Cliff Barnes, Pam's brother? Tim Daly or Colm Feore would be good choices for that role. No insult intended.
