Yes, I have. Speed means nothing, at least to me. Some of the best guitar players in the world weren't uber-fast dudes (I rarely ever see Joe Satriani playing faster than I do. And you can't even compare )

I recommend listening to Adrian Smith's playing on Iron Maiden, and Thomen Stauch's highly technical drumming on Blind Guardian.
