It was an answer to the other guy who was in doubt to buy or not the Strato tickets for the gig in Argentina before they are officially posted on the Website, and he said "I don't know, some guys in Quebec waited for that and they couldn't get a ticket because it was sold out, and also, when Kotipelto came last year, it only was posted on his website one week before".

I have a question about the French gig(s) :

The two dates on the site are November 12th and November 13th, but only the tickets for 13th have been in sale so far.
I also saw a rumor telling that in some gigs, Hammerfall, not Strato, was to be the headliner.

Will the 2 concerts happen with Strato as the headliner?

I think they try to sell the tickets of the 13rd of November before the 12th, because the 13rd is a sunday, and it's not always easy to sell this last day when you've two dates to book, especially on the week-end...well, i think patience is the best way, after all there are 5 months before the gigs to wait for..
