it's not even the same at all, unless you are talking about a few notes rather than the whole phrase.

Coincidence.... you would be surprised to see how many songs have simmilar harmonical structures
No need to feel so afraid, colors last a lifetime and fade to gray...

Even though Roberto Carlos was a really good and famous musician back in the day, I doubt a nordic finnish viking heard him anytime... It is similar but its coincidence, im my opinion

In Brazil this weekend was a proven plagiarism, Banda ANGRA(which many here probably know) was plagiarized by a band pagode (Axé music) a horrible band called Parangolé.
Has used the riff from the beautiful New Era music in one of its songs. The composer admitted that it was a plagiarism but did not know was that the riff in a song they copied it from a video lesson from Kiko Loureiro (Angra Guitarist)
Folow the video...

And more strange not is the first case of Plagiarism on ANGRA... the Unicorn band has made a FULL Plagiarism on ANGRA too

Oh, this is crazy--I heard this wild keyboard solo playing just now, I have no idea what it was or why it came on--I didn't even click on anything! Well, a lot of songs have similar chord progressions. I've heard some blatant rip-offs, but more often than not, I think it's coincidence. Jens has said that, since we're all using the same 12 notes, that we're bound to be copying SOMEBODY. And it could be said that with the first three notes of "Smoke On The Water", the G note could come from the the first note of "Little Bit Of Night Music" by Mozart. The B-flat could be from Mozart's Clarinet Concerto. The C could be from the Bach Prelude that I played in college...

Of course this isn't plagiarism. How the hell could this guy time-travel from 1970 to 2000 and steal the melody from "A Million Lightyears". Bah!
