Tour Question - Screens during United

I was wondering if anybody knew where the words on the screen playing before and at the start of United were from?

They talked about all people being equal and stuff. Does anybody know where i can find a copy of those words/phrases/or document where it is from?

Could it be it is from some sort of constitution or charter of rights?
