what to practice?

hi stratopeople!!!!
i'm new here!
i'm a keyboardist and i'd like to know wich kind of scales/classical pieces to practice, to sound somehow"jensish"...
no copy intent, just sincere admiration and love that sound....thanX!!!!!!
