I saw Hackers tonight. Unrealistic and rather silly, but good fun nonetheless.

I changed the channel and watched Rambo....Again. :)

Anyway, last film watched (not counting Rmbo on tv) was Rambo 2. Which is cool , but does not kick as much ass as First Blood.

I'm gonna watch Rambo 3 tonight, and then maybe Training Day.

Hulk - Not that bad as I though it would be, but still a silly comic adventure without any depth. Though being well made and directed with great visuals, it's fun to watch it in cinema.

Hulk was terrible... the 30 minutes worth of action was cool, but the 2 hours of bad storyline was like being at the dentist without anesthetic. They took a story that could have been an hour long and stretched it out into oblivion. The lack of a villain really hurt the movie, and his father doesn't count because that last "fight" was fucking worthless. He's a weak villain anyway, and screwing with the story was just unnecessary. It was a huge letdown and a waste of my 9 bucks.

Ah crap what was it called...... American Ninja or something like that

Chris Farley is in it so I thought "hey, should be good".................. I am never trusting my instincts again. It's your typical Disney live-action comedy. You know, where the height of humour is a man dressed as a pirate slipping on a bana peel and falling into a giant ass.

Using the Calculando Calrissian scale:

Image

For the intricate Laughitudinalness rating, you give ONE point for every time a movie's joke or gag makes you laugh, and take away TWO points every time a joke makes you wince or question your will to live. Using this system, you'll find that most Mel Brooks and Leslie Nielsen movies end up with negative numbers. That indicates that they've actually made your life less funny.

This film has the same effect

The Made-For-TV Shining is OK... but the ending sucks, and it's a croquet mallet instead of an axe... DEFINITELY not as fucking scary.

Saw the tv version too and it was nice. Have to agree with you that Kubricks version was way better, though, I especially liked the parts where the boy rides on his bike through the hotel. Those scenes are shot very well.

After watching his tv-shows the movie was a bit of a disappointment. The movie just lacked a bit of originallity in my view. It still had some good jokes, but I got the 'same old same old' fealling with it.
I can imagine that its really enjoyable if you haven't seen anything/much from Ali G before, though.

Don't get me wrong, I do realize that the TV movie is a direct transition, but Stephen King gets so bloody stupid sometimes it makes me SICK, so the Kubrick version whups ass!

Adams Family :D I love this movie
In the beginning it seems that a known face beyond having fun,
Which is why you write music in the first place,
Always moving, defining, and pushing forward the art that once created,
Looking to the right time to share it,
And then the headaches of criticism,
Senior advisors advising people above,
Twisting, distorting that which we love,
And never ending problems with money,
Holding you back,
Preventing progress,
I thought you only started 'cause it was fun.

Grrr.. I can´t hear anything about this one anymore.. yesterday I bought a new skirt (a black one that touches the floor when wearing it) and someone told me I remind him of "Morticia" (hope that´s her name?) and sang this stupid theme from Adams Family all night *sighs* :(

Pics....

Just kidding. Anyway. I watched T2 last night and I have a question. Did anyone else happen to buy the new Terminator Box Set? IF so I was wondering if anyone knows how to get to the "head explosion" "message from John Connor" and the 5 Japanise Trailers secrets. I have got to the "The FUture IS Not Set" secret, as well as the t-1000 face secret.

Also I have checked the net (www.eeggs.com) for help in reaching the secrets, but their advice does not work.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you please
