NO Terminator spoilers please! (Just incase anybody wants to post them) I am watching it this week and don't want to know anything.

But yeah van-alen. Instead of makeup, in some scenes the metal effect was created by putting a green mask over a section of his face and digitally adding the effect. (Like the background of the eagleheart video)

No spoilers.
ANyway, van-alen...Archie isn't in such a good fit he used to be...the guy's 56, anyway.
so, in order to be serious terminator, archie's bidy had to be "edited" in the same way as charlie's engels...He's obviously gathered fat since the t2...sorry guys...

The last movie I saw was on TV last week and it was The Passion of Ayn Rand. Gave some insight to a very creative, yet troubled mind. I don't think I would have cared very much for her as a person but she is still one of my favorite writers despite whatever "dirt" this movie tried to dig up. ;)

I saw smth like 30 Start Trek:Voyager episodes in last 5 days. My conclusion - Voyager is the worst ST, there are some good episodes but most of them are just fillers or episodes which start good but finish with another Janeway speech. This is also the most unrealistic ST (I know , it's sci-fi, but no one said the stories must be that ridiculous or stupid) ...

I saw Seabiscuit over my vacation... a nice waste of my time. It's not a bad movie by any means, but it's nothing to get up in arms about... at all.

Just got back from watching the Hulk and T3

THe Hulk was okay, but took a little too long to actually get going. I hate over long exposition.

T3 Was great. Sure it may have been more effects laden than previous outings. But I thought it was a good film nontheless. The humour in the film was a brilliant touch.

All in all it was a good day, all that spoilt it were these annoying kids. They spent the whole film talking and walking back and to behind us, then in the very last minute of the film, they decide to LEAVE THE CINEMA AND WALK RIGHT IN FRONT OF US. I almost kicked their asses for that. Little fuckers

Yes, especially the first two or three seasons are boring, after that it gets darker and far better i think.
Always liked DS9 most :)

Saw T3. Good movie, but i think part 2 was far better. There was nothing really new in this movie. But i liked The ending.

I think it was ok that there wasnt so much effects, there was almost no scene were it was really apparent ... i prefer it this way, not like Matrix2 for example.

But Arnie is getting old... ;)

The Legend of Drunken Master is perhaps his best movie. Gorgeous is terrible up until the scene with the bats and the motorcycle... then it sucks again until the parking garage... then it sucks once more until the last fight scene which is so surprisingly well done I was awestruck.

And another thing, I forget where I read it, I thought it was on here. Someone was complaining about the music in T3 and how bad the composer was compared to Brad Fiedel. (Ah I remember, it was on imdb.com) While some of the pieces were uninspiring, I have had the privilege of listening to the soundtrack, and there are some amazingly beautiful pieces of music on there.

yeah , Meltdown sucked. Get Once Upon a Time in China for Jet, one of his best films. And in LW4 he's nothing special, but the movie's fun so you should like it.

I finally saw T3 yesterday and I absolutley loved it! It's a best action comedy of the year :D Everything was great about this movie - the action scenes (car chase was the best), humour (every Arnie line is a classic), nice plot twist in the end ...

One thing I can't understand - why Arnie talked like a Borg from Star Trek? He used all the lexicon except "you'll be assimilated" :)

I noticed that too Shurik. I was also trying to figure out why he was so rough with Connor this time around considering who sent him back. Oh and Shurik, one more thing.......

That "talk to the hand" line is already classic for me :)

Why he was so rough? Badly programmed maybe? He wasn't send by John Connor, he was sent by that veterinar-became-freedom-fighter girl, which probably has no idea about programming :)

P.S. They had to use "resistance is futile" line, it sounds so cool ...

The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen
It was fun, a little less than I expected but it was good. I reccommend it to anyone who hasn't seen it yet.

S.W.A.T.
It's not bad. It's a million times better than I thought it was going to be and it's pretty enjoyable to watch.

Final Destination 2
What a great fucking movie. Not from an acting or storyline point of view, by any means, but holy shit you gotta see this to believe it! The death scenes are some of the best I've ever seen. I definitely recommend this movie!
