Sorry for posting here in english, but I can\'t write in french, I can just understand what is written (not everything, but enough...)
That must has been a great show! When I saw BG alive it was just wonderful!
So, going to the point: I read about the pics you took, and sometimes we can make them clearer while developing them. Then, if you already have the negatives, there\'s a chance to develop good pics (thanx my photography classes). ;)

Tinu: Ah thanks, but they said they couldn\'t do any better. I did told them \"the pics are important to me\". Even from the negative, it look rather dark. Image

I'm trying to find any information about this group but unsuccessfully. NIGHTMARE practically unknown in Russia. Do NIGHTMARE has any other albums? Mayby somebody tell me where I can get the information about NIGHTMARE. Thanks. :) ???

Mmmmh they're coming from Grenoble and I think they're a bit known only in our region (French Alps... northern FA only!) and moreover I think metal isn't very popular in France! :(

I think that metal is not very popular all over the world, except, maybe, Japan. Most part of people prefer to listen shit not only in France, but in Russia too, and everywhere. I hate radio and MTV becouse of real shit there! People don't like metal. They think that this is a kind of noise. Fuck them who think so! Concerning French group Nightmare I can say that their level is very high, their music is very original, melodic and interesting. Grenoble must be proud of Nightmare. ;) P.S. I visited France in 1996. A lot of admirations of Paris! I didn't want to leave. :(

For me Grenoble & St Etienne are shity cities (sorry! :eyes ) but I couldn't live
1) in Grenoble it's a fuckin' bowl with soooo much pollution... even if the landscape is great, and the atmosfear great
2) St Etienne brrr with so much dark buildings eeerk too industrial for me!

BTW I agree with Tenebrum about metal, radio & MTV! :buh:

To Loki: Come to the city where I live: Krasnoyarsk in Russia, and you will see what means a real shit. Big ( over 1 million inhabitants), too much industrial and becouse of this dirty as the pig's arse. :err: >=( But there are enought of metalheads! More than in most places in Russia. ;)

Fairyland is very great indeed ! :D

And you should also check Dyslesia, they're from Lyon and the album "Who dares wins" is pretty cool!

I live in Grenoble, it's a nice place on several points but the weather is really horrible... it is terribly cold in winter and -the worse- atrociously hot during summer, you can't even walk in the street... except that I admit that there are some great shops here ;)

Yep, Nightmare is from Grenoble! But I don't really know their music... :(

And about metal (I mean REAL metal, not this f***ing wave of nu-metal) it's a true and sad fact that France doesn't do anything for this music... >=(

Oua, I can see that this topic moved a lot when I was away :)
@Tenebrum : you are definitely right. Krasnoyark is a very shit city with lot of pollution due to industries... well, i guess it's almost every "big" russian city who are like this, like Nizhny Novgorod or Moscow (I saw it with my own eyes)...
Actually, there are LOT of metalheads in Russia. much more than what people from all over the world think :)

I do agree :)

Do not listen to her, she is always complaining about anywthing :D
Seriously, I saw a bit of Grenoble by bus, and actually it looked like the worst french city that I have ever seen... Depressing, Smooth...

it's a true and sad fact that France doesn't do anything for this music... >=(
Of course. Stratovarius or Fairyland will NEVER be on public french TV - radio stations. But maybe some day, we'll see Tobias Sammet having a quizz with Charly and Lulu in Hit Machine ? :)
It's real that french medias are fulled with "commercial" music, especially Fun TV (oh my god !!! only quick-made easy "groove - hip hop - rap" music for teens), but in the other hand, read what I wrote about NTS...
